If you pay attention he's on the field quite a bit.

Baylor or TCU would have been better options.

Why the frick does it matter? The coaches are putting the best payers out there, and we are un-fricking-defeated. Yet, you are disappointed a player you like is not playing enough. Wtf is wrong with you?

I'm a huge Trey Quinn fan, he just is having a difficult time with his release at the line of scrimmage. Not much separation also. I'm sure he's working hard to improve on these problems

Buried in the depth chart.. Sometimes HS just doesn't translate to the next level. Plus, LSU happens to be loaded at his position

To be honest ... I don't think that lsu is or ever was the best place for trey as a pass catching play maker. We don't throw enough, particularly over the middle of the field where he can be utilized.

That being said; he's a helluva run blocking wide receiver now, is on most special teams (was at least, and his time will come as Brandon learns to add the intermediate routes to his Arsenal.

I want him to do well in purple and gold but can see him transferring at seasons end

1)he's only a true soph
2)he had an injury in fall camp
3)Malachi and Dural are bigger and faster
4)he does play. just hasn't had many balls thrown his way
5)his time will come. just may not be this year

He is a sophomore. He has time DeShawn just starting to get on the field. Jecorey's uniform hasn't even gotten dirty. Its early and Melvin was the best player from the LC area who saw the field early.

Have a feeling we may see him on some slant routes vs. bama.

All of your points are correct, except for number 3. Dupre and Dural are no question bigger than Quinn, and Dural may be just as fast, but Dupre is definitely not faster than Quinn. Dupre may be able to get off jams better, he may be quicker off the line and an overall better receiver, but Trey Quinn is definitely faster than Dupre.

But yes, Trey Quinn's time will come.

He got passed up by a true freshman

it happens

I have no idea why tRant has this obsession with Trey Quinn. He seems like a good kid and all, but so do most of the other kids not getting playing time.
