Great talent obviously. Lot of controversy around him and Dale Brown...obviously. Went to Kansas and rode the pine. Where is he know?

I honestly think it was a bad situation all around. My sister taught him at Glen Oaks and has nothing but good things to say about him just being a good, nice guy. Little fame, immaturity, and leaches. Honestly hope he ended up ok.

To answer honestly, he came out not that long ago giving his side of the story and apologizing and stuff. Forget what he's doing, but don't care all that much

Why do people act like someone under 40 can't be a terrible person?
What about the 13 yr old that shot at the bus? Not a terrible person?

Lester sucks for what he did and doesn't deserve any of our sympathy!

There's a big difference between a 40 year old and an 18 year old....

....and shooting up a bus isn't quite the same as getting manipulated and caught up in the fame as a teenage kid. Geez!

Lester was told by the NCAA investigator that if he didn't turn in LSU, the NCAA would ban him.

Also during this time the Kansas coaches are on the phone with Lester, trying to steal him form LSU and saying the NCAA was after Brown and you do not want to be in their spotlight. Kansas broke more than 2 rules in this story and how did Lester get to Kansas?

Tito NCAA investigator told him if he didn't go to Miami he would be under the NCAA eye too. The investigator ends up as an asit. coach at Miami, humm.

My, my how we've watered right from wrong down to "mistakes" and "choices". Call it whatever the hell you want. You are defined by what you do.

However, that said, while he was a big mess of trouble at the time, he was still a kid and I will give him a break for that as long as the "choice" did not physically injure or kill someone. In this case, it put us on one hell of a probation but it was certainly not the end of the world.

I do hope he is doing better these days.

I can forgive him. That was a decision made by a young man who seems to have been caught up in the "game".
