Yes, with the highest Slugging % on the team and the second most RBI on the team.

Actual answer: when he's not injured.

Project is right. We all love Ried but we need another power bat as it's the only thing we are lacking. Romero is still out because his ankle is nicked.

Adams also needs the experience, he's elite at fastballs and needs more game at-bats especially vs elite pitching. Fact is, we are going to need him this year.

No way man. We are the #3 team in the country. We have depth. Production is the most important thing. Dh doesn't have to be a power hitter. Production. Keep the machine running

Last year Jordan Romero had the third highest home run percentage of any hitter for LSU since the bats were changed, trailing only Katz and Mahtooks final seasons. We need that power in the order.

Did nobody watch the Hofstra game the other night?.. Romero batted late in the game. He is not injured anymore.

You spelled his name wrong in the thread title. Just because you're from LA doesn't mean you have to put "eaux" on everything.

Adams has plenty of experience. He's a juco transfer senior. His swing sucks plain and simple. We are not going to need him particularly, we are going to need a solid DH

I second woley getting a spot start. It seems clear to me Adams flat out can't hit and can't lay off breaking pitches.

And he had like 30+ less ABs than most the starters. I think he deserves a shot

I agree Romero deserves a shot but he was extremely inconsistent LY for what ever reason. It seemed at times he just wasn't really there, like something was going on behind the scenes? He looked worn out at times, maybe coach knows what he has in Romero but wants to find another guy or two he could plug in if he has that same issue with Romero. Romero does need to be slightly more patient at the plate IMO. He abesulutly has the most power on the team and could be extremely beneficial.
