Right now Adams isn't cutting it. And PM needs to at least see if we have hot Romero or cold Romero if he's going to do the same with our bullpen like against UNO

Coming into tonight Adams was hitting .300 with a HR and a few RBI. One bad night means he ain't cutting it?

Adams career at LSU is pretty much over. He won't get many more AB's. He's terrible at seeing the ball out of the pitchers hand. His swing is way too big. If it ain't a fastball right down the kisser he can't do shite. Now I know why he hasn't seen the field much out of Juco. Too many more good hitters that need a shot

He clearly can't hit breaking balls. If I'm pitching him that's all I'm throwing. Reid also should get a look. We know what he can do

He can hit singles with 2 outs and no one on base.

I'd rather Coomes, Templet, or Romero get the nod before Reid.

Adams may not see another fastball for the rest of his life. I wouldn't mind seeing Romero

Yes, I'm special for thinking a punch and judy infielder should stay on the bench for defensive purposes while someone with more power potential occupies the swing-only position. What the frick could I be thinking?

I'm not hating. Dude is a singles hitter that runs like he's in quicksand.

To his credit, he always seemed to be the guy that made Xerxes bleed. He was always the first base hit against someone that shut down the rest of the lineuup.

He's got a role, and is a valuable part of the roster, I just don't think his value is at DH.

Likewise. Dude is a rock with a nice swing. 2AB's and 2 hits. He'll get more for sure. One thing about Pawl is he isn't afraid to tweek the lineup

Is there any chance that CPM has seen that Romero has not been hitting in practice? As opposed to how many times you ranters have seen him? He's ankle problems & is just now getting back into hitting again. And remember how he finished the year last year.

Romero is 100%. He's been hitting fine.
