Seems like nobody is trying to get answers. The word "Postponed" is all we get after FL, LSU, and the SEC spend 3 days trying to figure out what to do? I want an answer, we cant just wait and randomly decide when we're going to play. We need an answer now or the game is getting cancelled.

fact is, since the game will not be played tomorrow or sunday, there is no need to rush. the game will be played when it gets played or it will not be played and there is no sense in getting all boned up over it.

UF is not going to play this game unless they need it to win the East. If that situation arises look for the pouting to come from Gainesville.

I think the likelihood of LSU winning out is not great but if it happens look for there to be a 7-1 team that LSU defeated to go to Atlanta, probably to play UF who only stands to benefit from not playing LSU.

I don't know if there is a reasonable scenario where Florida needs this game to win the east.

Are they going to solve this? That's a better question.

Looking at the standings I see your point. If UT loses 2 games, UF has the highest winning percentage, assuming no more losses.

I wouldn't say "solve". I'd say "force" LSU to give up a November home game instead of just playing the game Monday night in Gainesville. The "solution" the SEC office applies to LSU will always entail LSU giving something up on behalf of another SEC school.

There's zero chance the SEC will allow a team to go to Atlnta if they haven't played all their conference games.

Zero.

When is the SEC going to man up and take responsibility for their actions regarding this fiasco. When are they going to step forward with some accountability and announce a future plan to never, never, have this happen again?

Sankey helped them forfeit, but didn't give them the loss. It's criminal!

You cannot change the rules midseason. Winning percentage comes before head to head for whatever reason and that is will rule the day.

I'd just like some special amendment for this season only that changes the way they pick division champions in the event the conference cancels an actual conference game.

Obviously, I hope you are right but they have a heckuva QB that I wouldn't write off yet.
