What's the deal with Arden Key?

Looks like he's not even trying.
Conditioning? Attitude? Just trying to stay healthy and relying on last year to get drafted highly?
Watch him, he barely even tries to get to the QB on most plays.
Any thoughts/inputs?

Learned from Fournette, he and Guice saving themselves from injury and staying out of the way.

I mean that’s fine and all but at least Fournette produced a little and showed the flashes of his greatness while injured. Guice and Key could see their stock go down

Permit me to make a basketball comparison, but for those who remember Dewayne Scales and the sad way his LSU career ended. He was trying to impress NBA scouts with unnecessary fancy moves and cost himself greatly.
Hope the same does not happen to Key, but he is not off to a good start at all this year.
