1. Getting full control, even in tight game situations

2. Teaching young kids new gameplans and plays with new terminology OR learning new terminology himself.

Mett. As Mett goes so goes the O. The rb's are studs but with no threat at QB, stacked boxes is what you get. The O line should be improved & the WR's, with improved QB play should be more than capable. It's Mett that needs to improve the most to make this offense work.

It probably will be revamping the offense. You question kind of answers it's self. If it was easy to do coaches would go to a different team every year.

Making Mett's deep ball 3 yards less deep.

I was hoping this will be a smooth transition during the spring, but of course one thing I see happening is negatigers are going to rant that the offense looks exactly the same as the previous season.

I also wonder how long until he gets full control of the offense

Yea he really needs to show out this upcoming season
because his chance at a pro career is really riding on this season.

Or a receiver that is 3 yards faster?

We don't need a massive revamp. What we do need is to incorporate the RB and TE more into the passing game and stop telegraphing plays based on the formation and personnel grouping. We can still run a pro set but need to show more variety out of it so we aren't so predictable.
