What will be more difficult for LSU/TCU?

TCU veteran defense to prepare for an LSU offense now with Cameron calling plays or an LSU defense with quite a few new moving parts to prepare for a TCU offense that will not name a starting QB probably right up until the game most likely.
Know its early but just reacting to article in Dallas Morning News about their QB situation and the fact that they are running neck and neck for the starting job.

I think after this game we won't be overlooked anymore. LSU in a route

Hope your right but what makes you think that? Patterson is a good coach, very good on defense and they don't get routed very often. His teams are usually pretty prepared. I do think that overall talent level we have an edge but we have a lot more new guys playing than they do especially on defense.
Just curious why you think that?

IMO the players are highly motivated and feel like they have something to prove. Our D-Line actually is very good, and our linebackers are young but very talented.
Also you give Les this much time to prepare he always comes through. Oregon, who I consider better than TCU will attest to that

Do you worry about the size of our linebackers. The same light to me and I would like to see them with a little more size. I know their fast but are they big enough.

Size isn't always necessarily better IMO. I think speed and technique could make up for size

I personally think LSU's offense is going to be MUCH improved next season. Why? We return everyone, our QB, HBs, Oline, and WRs. Plus, I think Les is going to give Cam Cameron the keys to the offense instead of holding us back. It's happened for too long, and I think Les knows that.
Our defense will make some mistakes. I expect the type of game they had against North Carolina a couple years ago. They'll mostly be good, but let up a few plays every now and then due to lack of experience.
41-24 LSU

Howsit? 1/9/13 ring a bell. How about the Cap One Bowl agin' Penn State? Do not know what to expect with this many starters gone, esp on D.

I do too, but it may take a few games for it to click. I expect the TCU game to be low scoring on both sides.

Worked just fine for us since, well, Chavis has been here.

It will be a Oregon beatdown

LSU has scored at least 30pts in every opener Miles has played and won them all. TCU has a very good defense but the O will be shaky and that will not help them with our secondary who will be loaded and our run D who seems to be giving our own RBs a hell of a time getting yards.
Offensively we'll be finding our groove and test running the new look O on a stingy TCU D. I think we struggle in the beginning but scheduling this tough of an opponent early will definitely, quickly prepare us for the SEC gauntlet.
I predict a UNC, Wash type struggle game but a score similar to the Oregon game(who scored a late TD to make it look close) with us winning 31-17.

Without a doubt its an advantage for us. The TCU staff has their offense in place and regardless, of how many wrinkles they throw in, the basic strategy stays the same and will be much easier for Chavis to prepare for. On the other hand TCU will be guessing on how much Raven stuff gets mixed in with the Miles philosophy.
