What ONE Change That CLM Could Make Would please You?

I'm not looking for bland generalities. Please give your sincere opinions on what this man can do as a coach that will bring most of you back home.
I'm not trying to flame or confront anyone. But I just don't understand the hate since it is so obvious that our play calling has changed so drastically in the last five or six quarters.
He DID the things that you asked him to do!
What more is it that you want?
Yeah, the resign, quit, or be fired comments are sure to happen....but come on man!
He ain't going anywhere this season. So help me understand. How can he get your support? His team obviously has it.
But, apparently, a lot of you aren't willing to give it. So tell me what it's going to take. Beat the gumps...ole piss? Would that do it? Because that's entirely possible. Get your excuses out if he does it. Then what?
Poor execution happens on every team. EVERY team. That's not always coaching. That's occasionally poor execution of fundamentals that were taught but not followed. The future is still bright. These kids are good.
So...give me ONE change that'll get you back to cheering for both the coaches and the Tigers.

Lose the head set during the games. Don't interfere with offensive play calling in any manner. Let Cam do his thing with Etling. Just stand on the sidelines and motivate the team to give their best till the final whistle.

He did continue the first half trend last night, it was the penalties and fumbles that hurt us.

Step down as head coach. It's time for a change. We need someone that's willing to change when the defense it's giving you something. Also someone who doesn't take his foot off the gas.

I wanted him gone and still do. We almost lost to MSU AGAIN!!! when we had them easily beat last year and 2 days ago. His conservative shite.
To answer the question I need more than one but in this order:
1. Fire Cam and bring in the OC that Texas got (And stay out of the offense- lose the headset)
2. Fire Peveto
3. Bring in Aranda- Done
4. Start talking straight up like a man and make coherent sentences
5. Need to rotate all of the talented WR, just rotate them like Orgeron rotates DL

Might sound juvenile, but I'd love to see him chew some arse on the sideline when it's deserved. Example:
Dumb timeouts because we can't get the play in
Dropped balls
Missed obvious checks at the LOS by QB

He was asking for realistic changes. He even said he knew you all would say "quit" but wanted to know the specifics you all want to change.
The fact is, most of you don't have specifics. You just want the team to dominate every one. That's not realistic in the league we play in. It's just not. These players have not played to their potential.
My tangible changes would be:
1. Quit being cute on special teams and costing us field position. Sure the corner kickoff when executed can ping someone inside the 20. But when kicked out of bounds, we are at the 35.
2. Have an earlier hook with some of the upper class men prima donnas. Sure he benched Harris but some of our WRs and DBs could use a dose of reality too. Poor play should lead to a smaller role. Those that get the message will be better for it, those that don't will reveal their true colors.

That's my one change too. Although you said it a lot more eloquently than I would. I would say get the frick out of the way of play calling. Period. No need to even so much as have input into the call. Let Cam have 100% autonomy of the offense.

Have the team ready to play at kickoff and maintain intensity for 60min.
