What if I told you, the 2011 LSU Tigers were the greatest college football team ever. Until their first game in 2012.

Without question. Hometown high school star stays home, wins a Heisman, becomes a legend, has NFL success and is subsequently incarcerated and cloaked in shame only to redeem himself.

The building up of the baseball program in the mid-80's could be cool, but would lack any form of national interest.

I think Pete Maravich would have the most national appeal.

How about the LSU v. Ole Miss game in...was it 1971? With the four seconds put on the clock?

How about being denied the Cotton Bowl by Notre Dame?

John Ed Bradley, his team mates and Coach McClendon.

From a strange, unusual event standpoint a doc on Coach Bo Rein would be interesting, but of course a short piece.

What if I told you a black QB from Georgia could make an entire website go full retard.

17-0, the Anthony Jennings/Tigerdroppings saga.

This, but sadly, it's too far in the past for most people to care. Maybe a PBS American Experience episode would be better, but I think they've already done one on Huey Long.
