On a scale of 1 - 10.

I am saying 4. Just can't see this team turning it around on a dime after these last two weeks, especially at The Swamp. Hope I am wrong, though.

I felt the same way as you did on Saturday. However I think on defense we are too good and feel better now. I think we experienced some growing pains and that's just natural. I consider Mett a freshman because he's had no real experience.

I think it will be a real tight game but give me LSU by 3. GEAUX TIGERS

6-cautiously optimistic. Gotta limit TOs, hit a couple passes early to back off their front 7, & cut down on the penalties

I am slightly positive so in the 6-7 range. I think we go back to running and playing defense an special teams.

I guess you haven't been watching LSU football for Miles' tenure here at LSU. Numerous times , we've played down to competition and then played great against a good team. Just some examples
08 we pretty much sucked , yet we turned it on to play Bama and took them to OT.
2010 we played like shite numerous time and then beat UF and Bama

Les ha a way of getting the team up for big games.
When is the last time LSU lost a game against a team they should beat? I'm guessing it was over 2 years ago in 09 against ole miss which they were somewhat good then.

If the game was played 100 times

LSU would win 78 of them

so 7.8 is my answer

If we hold onto the ball and improve on the penalties it should be a solid win. -8-

If not . . . -?-

Walking out of tiger stadium last Saturday it was definitely a 0. But as the week went on and reading different things online, my confidence has grown. I feel that Florida has their attention far greater than anyone we've played so far. I'll say a 7 because I have a feeling they will be on point and focused tomorrow.

About a 5.

Florida has improved week by week and we haven't. That said, we have more talent and if we play up to our potential, we could kick their arse. I just don't see all of the issues being corrected in only a week's time.

We will be the best team they've played and vice versa, so this game should be a good indicator if either of us in a serious SEC contender.

My biggest concern is that, if the same problems continue that have plagued us so far, it means that our coaches don't have a clue how to fix things.
