He was somewhat successful as an underdog at Oklahoma State. He has experience going up against a highly favored team and being successful. He knows how to get his team up for such games as the undgerdog.

Last year who was favored in the two games against Bama? What is his record at LSU as an underdog?

Thanks

Fairly certain they were favored in Tuscaloosa. Don't recall NCG.

Bama was -3 at Bama, and -2.5 at the title.

Bama hasn't been an underdog since the 2009 SEC championship game.

Miles is 2-1 against Bama as an underdog the last 3 times he's been in that role. I would think that is the only underdog role that is relevent this week. Who cares what his record was at OSU as a dog?

You feel you can come to our site and tell us what we should care about? It is relevant how a coach prepares his team to perform as an underdog or in big games. Believe it or not, it is not ALL about Bama.

I know the thought behind it, but at OSU he often didn't have the talent to match up with the opponent (Texas, OU, etc). At LSU he's got the talent to match up to anyone in the country. That is why I said what happened at OSU isn't relevent. Don't be so defensive.

not very good IIRC

2-1 last year as underdogs
0-2 in 2010 (Auburn and Arky)
1-3 in 2009 (UGA was only win)
1-2 in 2008 (win was Ga Tech)
never a dog in 2007
0-2 in 2006 (Auburn and Florida)

that's 4-10 straight up as an underdog
