If your in New Orleans, the second floor of the Jackson Brewery. Not expensive and you can buy them framed or unframed. When you go up the escalator it's in the far southeast corner.

If you can make it down to Acadian Frame & Art in the Drusilla shopping center on Drusilla Lane in Baton Rouge, they have some awesome LSU paintings from the likes of Tony Bernard and you can get it framed at the same place. I own multiple pieces of LSU art by Tony Bernard that I found there and had them framed there also.
