When Gary Crowton came to LSU, most people thought he was the answer. He was proclaimed by many to be an offensive genius. Surely with the amount of fire power that LSU talent brings to the table - Crowton would have a great time coming up with various ways to utilize that talent. The thought of all of our offensive weapons being utilized by Crowton had most people very excited with dreams of putting up large numbers every week.

What happened? Did Crowton develop a brain malfunction upon arriving at LSU? How did so much talent get squandered so badly? If we found a new offensive genius, would they suffer the same eventually fate or was Crowton over rated before he came to Baton Rouge?? What say you?

No matter what anyone puts on Crowton or Chief or Pelini or anyone else, the head coach is the CEO. No CEO is going to stand by and watch something explode if he thinks it might happen.

The CEO approved of everything.

Remember Dinardo? Deja vu all over again.

I think it has alot to do with us not having a Flynn or a Russel type QB to get the ball to all of our talent. Perriloux's replacements have been J Lee last year and JJ this year. But still, 107th ranked offense? We're better than that!!

With all the confusion of getting plays in there must be confusion on the head phones. I would bet there is arguing that is causing the delays. Don't think Crowton is being allowed to have a free run of things during the game.
