What gives with the 1980's box TV's in Tiger Stadium?

Just remembering last season and watching old box TV's by the concession stands. WTH? Looks like the same old TV's that I watched as student in the 80's. All the while the player's weight room and lockers get renovated with interactive flat screens, but the paying fans get pooyie!

They still had very old box TVs in the SEZ last year.
SEZ is a joke how shitty the concessions, TVs, bathrooms etc are.

I mean I get the sentiment. LSU needs to update the concourses, particularly in the SEZ. But are you really complaining in the context of the players getting an upgraded weight room? Like it's unfair that "they" get upgrades and "we" don't?

Its true though. During that miserable Auburn game when everyone was about to die you went to the long lines for water and to get shade and you didn't know what the hell was going on because the were fuzzy too.

And, yes, the bathrooms are a joke. But, I pay good money so I guess I can betch about setting higher standards. Just think if the players used 1980's weight equipment.

I agree LSU fans bitch about everything but this is legit. Flat screens aren't even expensive these days. This is a very easy upgrade that is way past due.

They should update the TVs, but player amenities should absolutely be priority 1

frick Bertman for taking away pissing on the walls in the bathrooms and installing urinals. Can't go to bathroom during games without missing a good portion of a quarter.

Keep in mind, you want these nice upgrades, but the costs get passed on to the consumer. Do you want to pay more for your season tickets or concessions so that you can watch 5 minutes of each game on a newer TV?
