Been expecting a TD RETURN, but he's playing a little like Fournette did early last year. Good but just not as smooth yet...

I'm hoping he settles in and blows one up in the Florida game!

I would like for it to be against bama to take the lead with time on the clock expiring.

Well if we're hoping for things, I hope for at least one each game.

Seriously though, he might only get 1 or 2 chances this weekend. Possibly next weekend too. So his next best shot might actually be Florida.

Once Mills returns, he will only have a 50% chance to return the 1 and only kick return of the game for LSU.

He'll need to stop running into his blockers or right into the first defender for this to happen.

I agree w your assessment. Fournette did the same thing last year - running full speed into a tackle. With Donte's pure speed and acceleration he should maybe tone it down a notch until he sees a good hole and then run for glory! Excellent observation. I'm seeing the same thing....

Hasn't even gotten close to breaking one this year, so probably not anytime soon. He's fast, but small and incredibly easy to take down.

If he keeps running straight for a pile of defenders, never.

so you want bama to take the lead against us with less than 10 seconds remaining??? well thats lame

also, they wouldnt kick it deep to him in that situation

But wishing points off the board is a matter of stupidity.

Fournette isn't winning a heisman if donte thinks he can just go bring one to the house whenever he wants.

Honestly? He will have one chance next week and it may be his best chance for the rest of the year. So if I were a betting man....that is where I would put my money

The only explanation for Keehn's punting is that they're giving him wet balls during games. He looks like he's never kicked a football before.

Don't know but Guice will house one against the Aggies breaking our home "no kick off return for td" streak.
