What exactly does Orgeron do?

First things first, this is not a flame or to kick y'all while you are down. Trust me, we can sympathize. I think losing to the Kansas Jayhawks is arguably worse than losing to Troy.
To my question - What exactly does Orgeron do? I was planning on watching very little of the game last night (focusing on more of CFB's bigger games), but the game was so lopsided that it was hard not to watch the big upset. The score truly wasn't indicative of how Troy dominated the game.
During the game, Orgeron just stood there. And stared...didn't yell, didn't speak to the players, didn't make many changes or adjustments that I could tell. He simply did nothing. Is his philosophy solely to dictate authority to the coordinators? It was confusing.

Demand better from Coaches & Players
If you don't give Max effort every play, you sit.
Details, Details, Details
And bring back the fricking passion

If he loved LSU he'd resign.

He makes an awesome pot of gumbo, and I hear his jambalaya is kicking.

He claps his hands and says " cmon baby" licks his lips and says " let's go!!!" Rinse and repeat.

O needs to become more vocal and energetic on the sideline and in practice. The team needs more energy and passion. O needs to tell Key to step up the effort or get booted. If he wants to protect his future, fine. But he shouldn't be getting an LSU education or free housing and meals and access to LSU facilities.
Might be nice if Aranda gets animated also. WE NEED ENERGY.

That's why a faction of us tried/implored/challenged the LSU powers via this site and the O fans that an Elite OC or DC or proven HC was needed last Fall, not another GM/CEO type like Miles.
As a HC/Defacto OC or DC, fights off the damage that attrition of Coordinators, can bring, but more importantly assures that at least one side of the ball is a program constant. Do you think UGA will be sweating the loss of their current DC anytime soon? That grade of competency is now at hand in their HC regardless.
Sure, Nick and Urban may hire competent Coordinators, but folks are crazy if they think Smart or Herman,etc..weren't heavily consulted during the gm week prep, at least for years until a true trust was at hand?
Lincoln Riley may have an OC, but I doubt he has let him take full reigns of all calls?
Dabo appears one of the few true GMs/CEOs running an elite program? And he has Stoops old stalwart in Venables now that helped him get over the top recently. The Saban's, Urbans, Petersens, Fishers,, etc.. That make the playoffs with regularity, guarantee a program constant..elite minds on at least one side of the ball..and have great recruiting sell as face of programs.

Well, here's what I think he does from here.
He'll probably give the players off until Tuesday.. Then he'll watch some film and meet with his players. They'll practice and he'll half arse some sort of game plan with his coordinators. Then he'll go out and lose to Florida.
Then he'll do this the rest of the season and have a shitty recruiting class. He'll talk everything up this offseason then he'll have the same kind of season next year.
Somewhere between that span, Alleva will get fired. After next season Orgeron will get fired.
Then LSU will be a dumpster fire and my TAF dues should go down.

Honestly...all I can imagine at this point is that he's playing this in his head to the soundtrack of Wayne Toups.
No other possibility this guy could have ever seen this much money without hitting the fricking Powerball.

but he doesnt love LSU, and that antipathy has been revealed in the past.
he's not one of us and never will be
this was merely an exercise to resuscitate his reputation as a failed HC
this should be abundantly clear to everyone

I think you're right. I didn't watch all of it, but what I saw the team looked flat as a pancake.
Reminded me of the La Monroe game of infamy. The soft ones got ran off after that.

Judges the team's jambalaya cookoff.

He did this last week also
He's an absolute joke of a HC
Analysts brought this up from the Syracuse game and how odd it was

Hook ‘em horns!! Woo. I feel losing to Kansas is far worst than losing to Troy. In the end, I feel both Strong and Orgeron were/are bad hires. They both could have done far better with the coaching search than they did. What’s next for Orgeron? He either has to go at least even and beat Alabama and A&M or resign. Because this is not the job he truly deserves. Who cares that he is from Larose? I’m from St. Bernard Parish, are you gonna make me the head coach now?
