I know that's looking really far ahead, but would winning the last 3 series do it?

Win 2 of 3 in the last three series would be a start. Better to sweep at least one. Gonna be tough with the SEC so jam packed, but definitely possible

Have the national seed lose their regional!

If we only look at LSU, we'd have to win out to guarantee it. Because there are 6 other teams in our position and we only play two of them. But if we get to 20 wins, it'll be tough for the committee not to give us one. And with 2 sweeps and a road series win/sweep, our RPI would justify it.

Win the last three series and make the semis of the tournament might just do it

If the regular season SEC champ has 20 wins, the tournament won't matter.

A sweep in any of the last three series would be a huge help. That's going to be tough though.

We have had 5 straight national seeds. Where has that gotten us?
I am more concerned about actually getting to Omaha and winning a game.

Win 2/3 in the remaining 3 SEC series, and then probably win the SEC Tournament.

Right. Unless the SEC can grab two national seeds.

If we get to 19-11 and then win the SEC Tournament, we'd be right there on the edge.

UK will win the SEC and earn a national seed. If RPI is any indication, only UF has a shot at an additional national seed. Maybe if LSU could win out, win 11 straight games.
