In the past it used to be simple: Posi-tigers were pro-LSU/pro-Miles and the nega-Tigers were the opposite.

In the wake of the MSU loss it's been hard to define the terms the traditional way. Are you still a posi-Tiger if you root against Coach O, on the hopes LSU lands someone better in the longer term?

What do those terms mean to you in the CEO era?

It has never been that simple.

Why would you root against coach O? Is O succeeds, LSU succeeds.. I could careless if we had a junior high coach come run the program. If he wins, then so be it!

Get it right StreetWalk.

Pro-LSU implies being Pro-LSU head coach.

The moniker to me personally means regardless of outcome I'm going to be in my seats at every LSU home football game and at least one away game per season.

And most LSU home baseball games.

And I will unfriend negatigers on FB and ask for their season tickets here

I've been on here a ton this week and I've only seen one poster say they are ok with LSU losing so Orgeron can be fired. The rest of us who are being negative are hoping that LSU wins, but are not expecting it.

I mean, I hope the sexy chick at my office lets me bend her over my desk and put it in her pooper one day. I'm not expecting it though. See the difference?

I've always been labeled a posi tiger.
All I know is i want the tigers to compete . They didn't compete last week. I want to see disciplined, hard hitting football.

It's a fluid situation. The equation doesn't flip the scrip like that. I was anti-Les and now anti-O. I know there are a bunch of pro-Les and anti-O fans out there.

I don't know, but both of these phrases should have been banned from the board two years ago.

A "posi-tiger" believes that any expressed negative thought about the football team can actually cause losses.
A "nega-tiger" is anyone else.

Wrong, a nega-tiger will repeatedly bitch and moan everytime something doesn't go their way.

Yeah I think it's four groups now.

Posi-Miles & Posi O (true pumpers)
Nega-Miles & Posi O (Optimists)
Posi Miles & Nega O (sore losers)
Nega Miles & Nega O (pessimists)

The terms were always idiotic and your definition is wrong. Anyone who dared honestly point out Miles multiple shortcomings as a coach were "nega-tigers." P.S. He's still not coaching football anywhere else.

This is bullshite. NO ONE is "rooting against" Coach O, and I say that as one of the biggest critics of the hire on this board.

I'm BEGGING to be proven wrong.

Anyone rooting against him is rooting against LSU and thus not an LSU fan. Believing he will fail =/= wanting him to do so.
