What a weird to weirder season it has been - get ready for 2016!

Just like the word weird (I before E except after C logic w exception) LSU's season has been weirder. Game #1 cancelled in 1st qtr, Heisman front-runner, #2 national ranking, #1 recruiting class coming in.... then the disastrous 3 game losing streak, Miles getting "almost" fired and then re-hired,reports of losing top recruits, etc. The 2nd half annihilation at Ala., Ark. cluster F...., and then Ole Miss losses were like a blur coming out of nowhere for our Tigers, a bad nightmare that simply would not end. Ark. game was a melt down from Ala. game but that's been the annual norm lately. But not all is lost .....
Even though LSU finished outside the top 10 in 2015 w those 3 consecutive late season losses they still were talked about weekly for half the season as one if not THE best team in the country! This will/should be good for 2016 initial rankings. We may even be in the top 5. That's a good start. Good things in store for 2016. Just sayin'

Don't forget AU heat game and the USCe road game that was a home game added to the oddity! The State game that they had 2 shots to win and @ Syracuse struggle with 5th string QB, the struggle with E. Mich. also, yes was a strange one!

Good points! USCe game was definitely another weird event. It would be a challenge to find a more up/down season than 2015 in history of LSU football. Would be good to hear a few more stories - recent or otherwise. Anyone care to share their "weird" memories? I'll hang up and listen.

Yeah, BFD right? We can't expect our team to be up for this game so a 17 point loss is okay. Wanting any more than that is for negatigers.

You can't say that because it's probably going to hurt someone's feelings on this board. It's too harsh.

It's so surreal.
If LSU didn't have to play in November, we'd be in the playoffs.
It's s step up from last year when LSU got skulldragged by AU and MSU in October.
Next year we fix it. So much has changed that we can expect different results. /s
