Guice is so explosive. He hits the bags a little different from everyone else. Watch the video again and you can see the difference between 5 and the others.

Robinson got on to guice for being too high. Second time around he adjusted and got low.

Walk - On Justin Jones. He stayed low the entire time and Coach Robinson actually used him as an example of how to do the drill. Found that interesting.

I got a chuckle out of seeing Helaire at the end with a smirk on his face after watching his teammates run the drill.
