We used to look like this Alabama team boys. But there is hope.

LSU used to play with precision, urgency, and intensity and it was glorious. Today you see the standard for which all of college football is measured.

In reality it's crazy that we are only ten points away. Nobody has played bama better than us. But those 10 points are going to be very very hard to get.

All hope that LSU would be competitive on this level in the next four years was buried last Saturday.

If this years team came 10 points from beating them then the 2003, 2007, and 2011 teams would take care of them.

The problem is not how LSU plays Bama, its about the 3 other games a year we mail it in. They dont do that.

There should be hope. This year was Dave Aranda's first year as a DC while installing a new defensive (3-4). We just hired a new Coach and on our way to gaining a new OC.

It may take some time, but I have hope LSU can be right back in it especially since the Alabama vs. LSU game could have gone either way.

Lane can bring some of that to LSU, especially using short and mid-range completions. bama is truly a 50/50 pass/run teams. (54/46)

When have we had big and fast lbs dominating? Not just one or two, but, starters and backups?

2003, 2007, and 2011 with LEE would destroy each of these teams playing right now.

Florida probably said the same thing with Mclwain, same with Smart and Boom.

One of these days poeple will realize Saban's drive and discipline is why Bama is dominant and he can make most arse coaches look great

Haha, no. Lee threw picks and crumbled like a baby against the Tide. Come on man.

I disagree...2007 defense wasn't that good compared to this season and 2011 team couldn't score vs a similar defense, and I don't think the 2003 offense matches up well with this defense

Alabama has Nick Saban and we just hired...Ed Orgeron. Please continue to let that sink in...it is still surreal.
