We should dedicate 2 practices a week to only shooting free throws...

The entire practice. I dont think we practice anything else anyway, so why not at least be good at this?

And two hours every practice on how to foul and keep them from scoring.
With the rule, if you wave at the offensive player or stand in his path to the basket, they are going to call it a foul, why not grab him and keep him from scoring.

They should learn how to play defense moving their feet...
We have got to learn how to throw a entry pass(learn to fake and hitch)....
Got to shoot 100 free throws minimum before going home... Every day!
