Speed negates speed is how we can get the win and the pressure off of Mett.

Ford has that ability and it is time for him to excell.

I believe in Ford and all that he needs is a chance and carries.

I wish I believed in Ford like so many of you all do.

I will say he looked pretty good running between the tackles last week.

He's fast and strong, but so rigid in his running style that unless he outruns the D to the corner he rarely contributes.
He seems to have no elusiveness...
I hope he can prove my assessment as wrong.

The Rant's true believers don't like hearing it, but the only thing that has stood in Michael Ford's way since his arrival on campus has been Michael Ford. It is a shame that a guy with that much talent can't grasp the playbook, can't or won't contribute in the pass protection game, and is struggling in the classroom.

Hopefully, he can get it squared away and breakout in the remainder of the season. He is too good to be such a liability when he's out there.

Ford won't do shite unless the oline gives Mett time to stretch the field. we have way too many guys on offense that need to have a breakout game. I like our chances if we go 3+ on turnovers and win the battle for field position...even in the swamp.

improvise....adapt....overcome.

Ware and Ford should be the bulk of LSU's offense for this game.

I like LSU's chances if they get about 689 yards of offense while holding the opposition to about 180, get 3 turnovers (2 of them pick sixes), and the other team is penalized in excess of a 100 yards. Even if they played in the depths of hell.

I certainly hope not. Where would you even get that much fire?

you can't be sure that ford will even get any touches this game.

there is little rhyme or reason, it appears, as to how miles decides which rb gets carries.

just an observation.

it could be all hilliard and mcgee, or spencer and hilliard. we could see jeremy hill get 15 carries. Who knows?

I guess you don't count the only TD vs Auburn as a regular contribution?

He needs the ball to the outside atleast half the time. He is unreal on the sideline

well good thing we only run 2 plays when he is in. Fake FB dive, backside toss sweep. Then hurry up back to the line to run the toss dive. Then take him out.

I believe he led the team in rushing last year.
