I’m in town for the Ole Miss Auburn game and they’re being insufferable. They’re taking pity on us and are getting might full of themselves assuming this great rivalry game will be a cakewalk for them. Time for some Tiger Stadium magic and willing ourselves to victory. We need to win this game. Geaux Tigers.

Auburn is much better than Florida, it's going to take a lot greater effort than today's to compete.

Though it pains me to say this, I really doubt LSU stays within 14 points in this game.

Auburn looks sharp. LSU looks dull. It could get ugly.

But...but...but...there's a big boycott led by some tigerdroppings posters to not go to the games and force the board of supervisors to fire everybody. Didn't you get the memo?

They are better...but we have the advantage of Death Valley on our side.

We need to get LOUD Tiger Fans

They might have played as good as they will play all year. Will they improve? I think so but they will have to play much better to beat Auburn. and the fans have to show up and get loud. There is no we are playing Cuse or Troy excuse. this is auburn. this is a team that in the past has stomped on the eye, got in the fight with the band and smoked cigars on the field during their last victory in tiger stadium. The magic surrounding this game is real. But LSU has to play much better if they want to play with Auburn and I hope we do. I hate those frickers.

Beat Auburn and pull out 1000 rabbits in Tuscaloosa and the team that got beat by Troy is in Atlanta

Of the remaining games, sure losses with Auburn and Bama, the other 4 games are toss up. I predict 5-7 final record, losing to Auburn, Ole Miss, Bama, Hogs, and aTm.

Florida's got tons of people screaming for them to clean house just like us. They are the SEC East version of LSU at this point without the eyesore loss to a Sun Belt team. Hell, most of the teams in the SEC are hot garbage.

Auburn's not nearly as terrible as most of them, and barring some miracle, I think they curbstomp us just by scoring at a decent clip. It's Auburn at home, and they're really good at making us look infinitely better than we are. Hell, Les Miles was fired after a loss at Auburn not after Auburn soundly beat LSU but after a game winning snap came milliseconds too late to count. So, it's possible that the unexpected happens.

I'm just not really going to get my hopes up after a win that Vegas went from favoring Florida to a dumpster fire LSU as a 1.5 point game time favorite. Something shifted that somehow made a team who lost to Troy look better than Florida so I think a large part of the result is on Florida sucking. That doesn't support LSU's chances at all against any SEC team with a pulse.

More concerning is that LSU didn't cover a 1.5 point spread.
