ok i must be kinda slow or just not have this digital tuner cause I have no idea what everybody is talking about

let's keep it simple and just say I have extended basic cox cable (channels 2-68).
I don't have a vcr or any special box, all I have
is a remote and the cable. Does that mean there
is no way I can access this pelican channel?
