BRPD just need to get their side of the story
BRPD spokesman Sgt. Don Stone: "I don't know the source who is putting this out, but it's not me."
Says they aren't ruling out arresting them, but they need to come in and tell their side of the story like everyone else

Exactly, things change. Someone sees a participant in a fight, while he could have been helping break it up. You charge someone in a fight, also be prepared to have charges brought on you. All just speculatory thinking, but these things are always fluid.
