Wade's Coaching Style?

Never seen the guy coach.
Anyone have insight on his coaching style particularly during games? Is he more emotional like a Bruce Pearl or more even tempered like a Coach K.
Are his teams up tempo on offense or more methodical? Do his teams play an aggressive defense?
Anything you can offer to describe him?

I don't have a lot of insight, but he was a Shaka Smart assistant, and Shaka brought Havoc to VCU. Granted I think a rule change, a few years back has hurt that style. I'm not the most knowledgeable on basketball.
