It seems you can vote as many times as you want, but not sure if it counts them or not. I assume the captcha is to avoid cheaters so they probably count.

You could last year and I'm pretty sure there were a few smaller colleges that were doing it very well.

You can vote more than once. Actually you can vote up to 250 times per hour. The easiest way to do this is to text Mike to 78527.
