You don't watch much football do you? Verne says that a lot when something happens that effects the game. I'm watching the Army/Navy game and he's said it a couple of times. Just in case you didn't know Alabama isn't involved in this game.

Ha ha. You asked for my opinion on what makes me think he is a homer. What facts did you think existed? His inflection when watching and calling bama fans isnt jsut some made up thing. Every fan base on the sec rant sees it.
I gave you an example of a reason i called him a bama homer. Did you expect me to post pics of him in bama gear?

I am sure Vern loves the SEC and college football. He has a good voice. But his ability to call a game ended many years ago. I am glad he is retiring. It has been time for that for awhile.
