I'm curious. How does the dismissal of Valentine signal a shift in culture change.
From what to what?

Les never dismissed JJ for displaying the same lazy and arrogant traits that Valentine showed.

Wait... what?

I've already explained it

Les Miles in the 2015 to 2016 season had a losing culture. Everything sucked about his program

Please don't tell me we have a guy up in here about to argue that Jordan Jefferson was a humble hard worker that exhibited great composure under pressure and made great decisions.

Good LORD please tell me this won't happen.

Orgeron is who had him dismissed the first time. Didn't want to waste his time with a kid who didn't put out the effort. Miles was in love with Valentine's potential.

I never said anything about him being good under composure or making smart decisions on the field (or, in 1 or 2 instances, off the field) but I've literally never heard or read anything about JJ not working hard or about him being lazy. Maybe you can point me in the right direction

Now this is new and interesting.

What do you have to back this up?

Thank you

His demeanor and results are all I have to go by.

It's pretty much all we have to go by with Valentine as well....I guess his weight too

Now proof of this....well that just blows this thread right up if it exists.

And there's the whole not giving enough of a frick to go to class and remain eligible, mouthing off to coaches, getting kicked off and getting a second chance and fricking that up too thing. But yeah.

Former LSU head coach Les Miles originally dismissed Valentine in the summer of 2015 for academic and behavioral issues, and Orgeron recommended that decision at the time as he was tired wasting time with Valentine that could have been spent with players in better shape with better work habits and attitudes. But Miles gave him a second chance

Well well well baws.

That's about all I need to see on it.

You need to improve your reading comprehension skills.

In no way did I imply that kicking a kid off the team is some new change that CEO implemented.

You said that the culture has changed and implied that Valentine being dismissed from the team is evidence of that change, but okay.

Even if everything that you say is true....which I'm still highly doubtful of.

Then we have to assume that Miles let a guy back on the team that cheated in class, cussed him (and other coaches potentially) out (this is the one I doubt....I can't make the leap to Miles being that much of a puddin pop...an idiot yes...pussy no), didn't work out, etc. Keep in mind that this guy's DL coach recommended that Miles get rid of the MF'er the 1st time due to laziness.
