I agree with ell_13 ... 50 pages of posts, most complaining that USCe hasn't rolled over and handed LSU another home game. If the roles were reversed LSU fans would be ready to lynch Alleva if he agreed to move the game to SC without fully exploring the Superdome or other more LSU-friendly venues.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ray Tanner is looking at Sanford Stadium.

He is trying really really hard to keep this game within 3 or 4 hours of Columbia.

A good alternative as well. There are too many stadiums in this part of the country to simply roll over and agree to go to BR without at least trying to move it to a closer location.

I think they would be more aggravated about the drag-assing on a decision.

Obviously, no one wants to lose a home game. A single home game is probably 1/8 or so of anyone's athletic budget.
The longer you wait, the more difficult logistics becomes for everyone.

For the most part no one is complaining about USC's delay, but it does seem inevitable given the circumstances.

All his local stadium hunting by USC smacks of desperation. Just move it to BR, order up another truckload of alligator sausage and let's play.

IF I'm USC, this would be my preference. This would give my fans and my season ticketholders the best option.

Yes.

Sorry LSU people, but USC fans come first in this situation.

Exactly. If I'm USCE, I don't give a shite about what LSU wants. They're playing in a location that best suits their fanbase.

I think Ray Tanner just simply going with BR two days ago without looking at neutral sites would create more of a backlash with the people that matter at USC.
