Another Ugly Win

It's a trend despite all the excuses. I wish the receivers would get their act together so that we could be more diverse, but several of Brandon's passes were way off.

The screen pass was abysmal, but what else?

I'm genuinely curios. Dural gave up on a sure-fire TD, and the ball to Dupre in the end zone was a bit under thrown. I can't think of any others that weren't right on the money, and to be fair, there couldn't have been THAT many bad passes when you only attempt 15.

What is the over/under for ugly wins '08 to '15?

I would say it would have to be around 25. Just a guess.

Hey admins, you can anchor the thread but it's still true. This is coming from the LSU media not from me, so you are very lame in trying to regulate ducscission in an open forum because you don't like a certain poster.

Laugh if you want but he doesn't throw a ball easy to catch

If the passing game isn't s priority, there is no way to get in a rhythm and build confidence.

That includes QB, WR, OL, etc. Passes will continue to be dropped, OL will continue to have poor pass protection, etc. etc.

I think its the fact that you posted an article stating what was already known.

From where I sat in the stadium, Harris looked really good until a couple of poor throws in the second half. Most incomplete passes were simply dropped. At least that is how it looked to us.

I'd like to know why people assume it has to be a perfect throw in the numbers for WR's to catch it.

Our WR's are lazy and DO NOT WORK for the ball.

There were at the least, 5 drops last night..

thats 60% completion. Only 2 poorly throw balls.

No such thing as an "Ugly Win". LSU had 400 yards Rushing and scored 44 points! Harbaugh is being called a Genius and they had like 200 yards Rushing. They say he is bringing back the Running Game to Michigan. LSU has twice that much Rushing but its ugly???

You were drunk or didn't watch the game.

It's not all about passes he made, it's also about who he threw, or didn't throw to.

They also held a power 5 team to zero points, actually 2 in a row and one is averaging over 30 points per game.

We don't have a defense to fall back on. If Fournette can't score 21 points and we can't get at least 6-7 more points from somebody else, teams like Florida, Ole Miss, and Bama will beat us. Also, we play Arky at home right after we play Bama on the road and before we play Ole Miss on the road. That is the perfect trap.

We need to figure out the problems with the passing game, why the defense is hemorrhaging points in the redzone to weak offenses, and why we can't stop anybody on kick returns. Why don't we just boot the b***h for a touchback?
