Two Weeks From Today - Texas Bowl - Who Wins & Why?

I thought that my pessimism about the team and this game might change a little as time passes. However, I am just not sure how the team plays or the coaches coach.
I think LSU tries to cram it down their throat and probably only throws more than 20 times if forced to by being down multiple TDs in the second half.
If LSU can run the ball, they will win. Even as bad as TT defense has been, when you do not have to defend the pass, it is not impossible to stop the run.
I think the game will be close and LSU wins in the last minute.
What say you?

LSU wins because Tech has a worse defense than some Pop Warner teams
well...they do have to defend the pass. they can't put all 11 guys at the line. that would be stupid

I honestly think that we rush for over 350 yards with Fournette over 200 and Guice over 100. We'll put up 40 and control enough of the clock to limit their possessions. I like us somewhere around 45-34.

While I do believe that LSU will be able to run the ball at will, if they can not, and we are unable to keep up with their offense, I will be interested to read your responses.

LSU wins ugly. LF and a couple of others look ready to play, but the team overall doesn't.

Keep down grading their defense, you are setting up our Nice Guy coach for an embarrassing day. I mean, we have a top 10 paid head coach, the highest paid coordinators in the country, a top 3 or better paid assistant coaching staff... yet we are playing a 7-5 team from the middle of Wasteland, USA with a coaching staff not old enough to remember the 90s which was the last time LSU went to such lackluster bowls in back to back years. I hope our well compensated staff can earn that money.

Considering they are 113th in pass defense, they can't defend the pass either. As long as LSU plays hard, they should win.

Im not sure Les would do it but I think a blow out would be great for the program. If they barely win its the same stuff in the offseason. If they go in ready to play and blow a team off the field then the attitude of fans and the players may be better for 2016. Les needs to let out some anger on a team and kick some arse. Dont think teams wouldnt do that to LSU if they could.
