I think it all depends on the first couple of drives. If we come out early and make stupid mistakes (e.g., pointless penalties and/or turn the ball over) I can see our team getting dejected and the mind games will take over. Our team is too young to regroup after that.
We will win because we are bigger and stronger, but it is not going to be fun to watch - none of this season will.

Troy game is going to be close and it could go either way in the 4Qt. Troy is better than Cuz and we are bad as usual.

To my knowledge Troy has never beaten a Power 5 team on the road, though they've come close in their two appearances in Tiger Stadium.
That said, a loss to the Little Trojans would be a bellweather loss: you can safely say LSU would be incapable of beating any conference opponent, even a weak sister like Ole Miss. That will immediately free up 7 Saturdays that would otherwise be preoccupied with LSU football
