Remember that time Trey caught that pass against _________?

If you a system WR you shouldn't say you had to put up with stuff.....LSU is a WR machine.

I wish him good luck but don't be a hater because you weren't the best talent we could field!

Yes and Clemson lost to Alabama. If Clemson played in the SEC West they would not even win the division nor play in the NC game. Such is the strength of the SEC West. Let's put Clemson under the same microscope that so many on TD always have LSU under.

I think you're right. The fact that he ended up transferring to a school like SMU indicates he didn't want to put up with big school pressure anymore. I'd think he would at least explore Clemson since it seemed like a good fit. Maybe they didn't want him though.

know he dropped some but ANY WR that comes to LSU has to WAIT his chance to get the ball with BIG TEN OLE BALL coach Les around

Which player do you want to take away snaps and give them to TQ?
LF? Guice? Dupre?Dural?

There is ZERO reason this team should lose a game EXCEPT for Mr. Les Miles..

What? The best coach in cfb (saban) with by far the best talent (4 straight #1 classes) loses to an inferior team every year and you are holding Miles to a standard that even Saban cant achieve.
His entire coaching career has produced all of one season with less than 1 loss and youre saying the only thing separating an undefeated lsu season and a 1 loss season,is Miles.
Think about that for a second.

If that kid would have caught the pass to allow LSU to run out the clock his career would be much different. I don't have ill will towards any kid that ever wears the purple and gold, but he just didn't have the chest.

Watching 5'10 Hunter Renfrow go HAM against Bama probably didn't help.

He had his own chance to go HAM against Alabama. Didn't turn out that way and he was passed by another WR ever since.

He was buried on the depth chart. Being the #5 or 6 WR at LSU means you're getting 3-5 targets per year.

I don't know why he needs to explain himself.

I wish people would say something of substance instead of "god has a plan", the generic cop out answer, and God doesn't give a frick about football careers just an arrogant comment all around

If I can recall, he dropped a good number of passes and after being given a few chances, he was pulled for someone else. Competition is just that. If you can't do it, someone else will be given the opportunity.

This is the thing that sets me off. I get it that the dude may not be a fit for this team, but he certainly did not drop a lot of passes.

He did drop that one HUGE pass against Alabama and that was enough for me, but some of you see what you want to see.

Trey was loyal to his home school/state and now it's time for him to do what's best for him

Didn't drop 2 that would have converted third downs? Maybe I am not remembering correctly.

Yes, he dropped 2 in that game. I really cannot recall any others though, yet others have constantly dropped passes and got more playing time.

Was it 3 different 3rd Down Drops Jennings delivered it perfectly in his chest....they would have kept drives going, eaten up time on the clock.

Lol he said nothing.

Hope it works out for him, but it was a bunch of fluff and cryptic quotes.

Nah, more than that.

I'd argue there is Bama, then about 11-12 others in any given cycle.
