I think that was the game where Jefferson ran for a first down on the very first series and the refs didn't give it to LSU because Jefferson was knocked back a couple of yards and fell on the ground just short of the first down marker.
I also remember bama having a fourth down and a FULL six yards , LSU committed a five yard penalty during the punt and after the refs spotted the ball, bama miraculously had a fourth and inches.
There was also a hands to the face penalty against a bama defensive lineman late in the game that didn't get called.
I know that things like this happen during the course of a season, but when they all happen in one game, and they all favor one team, the team on the short end of the stick really has been "hosed".
