The ineptness of BDP....when you have kickers that can't properly execute this and lousy coverage units, it makes this terrible strategy even worse.

Just put it out of the back of the fricking endzone and be done with it.

Best of luck to him. Upchurch was a project from the start. He didn't start playing football until late and was a late bloomer. He was offered after he burst on the scene his JR year and then outgrew the WR position his SR year. Ended up playing RB most of his SR year.

I will never understand wasting a scholly on this situation. Somebody can kick it to the end zone besides him, even if a freshman has to burn a year.
