Interesting, quick glance at his bio shows that he was on Les's 2001 first staff at Okie St after both were a part of the same Cowboys staff.

he doesn't really seem like much of a recruiter. Frank's loss is a big one and while we do still have some very good recruiters on staff I don't want them burdened with carrying most of the weight out there, like we had with Frank a few years back.
