LSU, via a third party, has contacted Tom Crean to gauge his possible interest in coaching the Tigers, a source told CBS Sports.

Interesting, G. You like Crean way more than Wade? I like Wade's youth but more risk. I wonder how Crean would do with LSU's resources. IU is a really tough job and he had some success there.

Nice, Brando. What SEC teams are we competing for coaches with? Seems like an odd reference. We get it. LSU isn't a very good job right now. It's going to take someone who wants to build it back.

I like Crean and Wade, but don't get the hate for Kermit. I imagine most of the people who don't want Kermit had ever heard of him before the last 2 years. They guy can coach, look at his 18 year D1 career. Of those three Kermit would be my third choice, but wouldn't be upset with that hire.
