He is right.

Brandon Harris can't play the QB position. After 3 years I still see the same flustered, and sporadic player... can you say Jordan Jefferson part 2...Its time to move on.

And while the bad QB play should get Harris benched. Les Miles should get the blame and prob be fired for continuing to play QBs that he doesn't trust to run his offense.

I hate to bring up M. Flynn & Zack M. but we did see a decent LSU offense under miles when he had a QB that he trusted.

The fact that he continues to play a QB that he doesn't have faith in is beyond me and it should get him fired.

Jefferson was much better earlier in his career before he was "developed."

Jefferson was just better, period.

The fan base hated Jefferson, though. So it's whatever.

Les Miles cannot develop any sort of competent passing offense. Period.

Matt Flynn in 2007 had a worse QB Rating than Harris did last year.

Difference is we actually had a creative offense back in 2007, now we have this stagnant, stupidly thought out "power" offense with the play action pass and 7 step drops that needs every player to outman the guy they are going against.

How quickly you assholes forget. Harris is a much better QB than Jefferson. I wish they would start Etling so y'all could call for Lindaey. New year, LSU calls for a new QB, LSU blames QB not Miles, wash, rinse, repeat.

Jefferson should start over Lee
Lee should Start over Jefferson
Met should start over Jefferson
Jennings should start over Mett
Harris should start over Jennings
And now Etling or Linsey over Harris

ETA: can't wait til y'all hate the current guys and want Guice to start at QB. Get your head out of your arse and realize the issue isn't Brandon. Also if you want to blame players then the Oline contributed a lot more to our shitty day on offense than Brandon.

I will never again put any blame whatsoever on the quarterback for a Les Miles team.

Misconception and poor memory. M Flynn struggle quite bit. Flynn lost 2 games that shouldn't have been close. Zack miraculously converted many, many 3rd and longs. The offense was very similar to what we still have; they just pulled it out frequently on 3rd and long. Wore out defenses and Hill would break a couple long runs, usually in 2nd half. That offense wasn't the well oiled machine people remember. Oline got a lot of penalties that year also.

Well, you're wrong.

Just because the fan base hated Jefferson worse than any player in LSU history doesn't mean it isn't true.

Yeah man, Jefferson was a beast in that '11 SEC ship game when he was 5/13 for 31 yds. I'm sure he was better when it matter in the title though, I'm sure we hung a ton of points. I mean how couldn't we he was 11/17 for 53 yds. Go fuch yourself, Jefferson was hated because he was a thug and he was terrible.

Yeah, Harris was awesome in that Eastern Michigan game when he was 4-14 for 80 yards against one of the worst FBS teams in the nation.

See how stupid you look when you use a one-game sample size?

I still have nightmares thinking of Jefferson on the field. Harris has a better arm and more of a pure passer than Jefferson IMO. The problem is he is still gun shy because the coaches (or coach) are afraid to turn him loose until it is too late, and then he feels he let everyone down when he makes a mistake. You have to build confidence in the kid which the coaches have not done through play calling. Mistakes happen and you can learn from it, but if you haven't been put in that situation enough, how can you learn? How many times have we had 3rd and long and we call a draw or counter instead of letting him throw the ball to make a play? That has to demoralize a QB and create doubt in his confidence.

Jordan Jefferson Junior season 7 TD passes, 10 INTs, thats not good by any measure. Lets see how Harris goes, he's only played one game.
