Tix for UF game

My brother in law bought tickets off a tix website for the S. Alabama game. I'm assuming those will be no good now, correct?
I believe the ticket company should give him his money back and then he can go spend a lot more money on legit UF tix.

Only the tickets purchased through S. Alabama ticket office are no good. And you would be able to get your money back.
