Time killer thread: LSU baseball's best non-confernce rivalries

The weather outside is weather, so I thought it would be fun to rank and discuss some of LSU's best OOC baseball rivalries. Teams like Rice and Fullerton, that we have had an illustrious history with, especially in the post season. I attempted to find overall series records but didn't have much luck so any added info would be much appreciated. Here's my top 5:
1.) Tulane- Lots of regular season and post season history. Proximity and familiarity has led to a copious amount of bad blood between the programs. They handed Skip his final loss as LSU'S HC.
2.) Rice- Perhaps it's my age playing a role but it seems their program began rising to an elite level right when ours did in the early 90's. I remember driving to reckling park right after I got my license in 2002 with my dad and little brother and watching us get blanked by them in the Super. Lots of great postseason history with the Owls but I feel like its more mutual respect than hatred.
3.) The University of Lafayette Louisiana at I-49 and I-10- Similar to Tulane, proximity and familiarity play a significant role here, only the history being more recent compared with the Greenies. The behavior and delusion of their fans have seemingly encited more disdain for the program than the actual team. Annual regular season clashes along with numerous post season bouts the last 10-15 years has really sparked this one. With baseball being their only competitive sport, and their strong want to be seen as a comparable program, they always play LSU like its their World Series game 7 be it February or June.
4.) Cal State Fullerton- Our signature West Coast foe, the Titans and Tigers have slugged it out in Omaha many times along with some classics at the Box. Probably viewed by most as a mutual respect rivalry like rice, but for some reason I dislike them a little more personally. Not sure why.
5.) Texas- The only program on my list that has similar hardware and credentials to LSU. I'm not very familiar with all of our post season history with the Longhorns but I know watching the dreadlocks of doom throw 94 mph fastballs, Mahtook blasting bombs, and Louis Coleman recording the final out in '09 were all memorable moments. They've eliminated us several times the last 30 years along wth Bertman and Gurrido having a bit of a fun rivalry as coaches. Both top 5 all time with Augie hanging on longer than the Skipper. They mostly made the list bc my fav T-shirt is my "We messed with Texas" 2009 championship shirt and bc frick Texas.
Give me y'alls top 5 and if you can find our series history records with these teams that would be super duper
ETA: please feel free to also use this thread to laugh at Ole Miss.

But where's Southern? Rantz tells me every year how big of a rival they are.

I have nothing but love for Jaguar Nation. The amount of clip on window flags I have seen mounted on a single early model Lincoln towncar evokes nothing but admiration. I also wish we would've recruited Ricky Weeks

totally agree with Tulane and Rice, one time football rivals who are still competitive in baseball...
CSF is a good choice as well as Texas...
I'd actually swap out UCLA for ULL....if there is anyone I want LSU to beat it's the Bruins

Have we played them a lot? The only game that sticks out to me is Omaha 2013.

Don't forget those intense February battles with Harvard and Lipscomb.

I like SU, no hate, just love.

We had some classic regional games with USC back in the 90's, and of course several CWS games in 98 and 2000.

We played them in 2010 in their regional but yeah not much rivalry there

LSU and UC Irvine have had some pretty good postseason clashes. I wish we could play them again

I almost put USC at that 5 spot instead of Texas, they're almoat interchangable history wise I just personally hate Texas more.

I'd like to find out records against USC and Fullerton to see who we've played more. It probs is the Trojans pre 2000

Long Beach State
South Alabama was a pain in LSU's arse in 90's regionals

watch out in the next few years for UNO, especially if they keep Blake Dean as their coach...
