Time for Cameron to earn his pay check

Hopefully with two weeks to prepare, and probably last week as well, I hope cam puts a great game plan together for Bama. Our only shot to win is to win a shootout bc our defense cannot probably won't stop them. Im afraid we're going to see lots of big runs against our D. Reminiscent of Gurley on first half of Georgia game.

I tend to hope LSU can compete. I think the last drive before halftime and the final drive of the game may represent the vital parts of the game. It will depend if LSU has the ball and can score the tds. This could be a 14pt swinging door at those vital times.

Do you seriously think the last three weeks have been Cam's offense. For crying out loud we are under center every snap and the toss dive has made a resurgence, I'm pretty sure the offense has been hijacked by the hat.

Chavis will really have to earn his pay check as well w/ this defense. We know Chavis defenses work but this one isn't the typical LSU defense we've had in the past 4 or 5 years. The front 7 are extremely weak. Its been years since I've seen running backs get at least 3 or 4 yards and more every carry. In years past, one out of three running plays would be stuffed at the line of scrimmage. shite Furman breaks of 3 or 4 yards at a time. its obvious that we don't have the personnel we used to have. I blame this on coaching though. in the last three years classes, we have not taken any monster DTs. yes we had a few nice one's last year, but none of them are the DT monsters we've had last year. and this years class is loaded w/ DBs. Outside of Willis, I don't think any of the other guys we have on the radar now are super stars. we need DTS
