I think the rule changed for SEC games only that the home team can choose.

It's Spurrier being Spurrier. He used to put us in purple in Gainesville when he was the coach at UF. Since this is a "road" game for the Tigers, the same principle applies.

We're sure not going to lose on Saturday either. I think this will be the easiest win so far this year.

I read this was supposed to be their White Out game, so we were going to wear purple anyway.

Maybe beat them by about 20, instead of 27. I always take off a touchdown when they show up in purples.

It makes no sense why a program with as many assets as LSU doesn't have yellow jerseys... why do we need to sweat it out in dark jerseys when we could've had yellow which would've been much cooler?

I know in Baseball and Softball, they call their gold jerseys, Championship Gold. Maybe football can get one set for one game per year. I'm ok with it.

Honestly I only care in regards to the huge heat disadvantage that a black Saints or purple LSU jersey brings.
both the Saints and LSU should have aternate jerseys of a softer shade of gold and yellow respectively (similar to how Panthers have baby blue for such circumstances).

Baseball wears white pants with gold jerseys. Gold on gold looks terrible. We've proven that.
