A friend was able to get these two shots while flying by the stadium today.

Hope the left side of those boards aren't for ads

And like it has been mentioned on here, there is a very distinct difference in the exterior colors

I'm guessing the left half of the monitor will be a big coca cola advertisement

Love the addition, don't get me wrong, but I can't stand that big glass thing. Woulda been cool if the stadium would have stayed symmetrical. Still is on the inside, just not on the outer part.

I look at ts as I do a house. I really don't care about how nice a house looks from the outside. I care about the inside bc that's where I live and inside tiger stadium is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

So how much $$ will I have to donate to get a uniform facade (like the SEZ) across the stadium after I win the powerball tonight?

Also how do yall feel about the name WeeWee's Tiger Stadium?

half a working video board + Javi leaving the baseball team = one day Rant meltdown.

Heck, the South endzone itself has two different colors on the facade.

Honestly, i think the new addition is beautiful. It just makes the color scheme and architectural style of the west side expansion look more out of place than it already did. On its own, the westside expansion was a huge upgrade from the old west side upper deck, but coupled with the SEZ expansion, it just doesn't fit. However, from the inside, Tiger Stadium looks incredible. I can't wait to get to a game and see the inside in person

Agreed. I just don't like the stucco mixed with the concrete. Just keep it concrete. Hopefully, they will redo the facade on the west upper to somewhat match the new south endzone.

i have no idea as i'm not in the business, but maybe it could have something to do with how much extra weight making that entire area concrete would add and therefore making it structurally unsound. honestly, if they paint the concrete the same color, which i think they very well may, you won;t be able to tell

I guess you could say three!

The stucco finish, the bricks for the interior 4 legos on top, and concrete

Why can't the whole outside be one color? I never really got into the arguments about the color but that is flat out hideous.

LSU can't even paint the lego blocks the same color.

Some think its the same color as NEZ. I would like to have been a fly on the wall when all this was talked about. Surely, somebody had to bring up continuity.
