Looking at the expansion from the outside of the stadium ... Is that new structure going to have entrances, concessions, bathrooms, etc. that will be open to all ticket holders? Or is the new construction exclusively for "premium" ticket holders?

My favorite part about this entire thing is how the decks will "connect". Yes, I know they won't physically be touching, but will have the appearance, especially at the club/suite level that they are one.
