I completely understand this aspect of the hate for him.
At the same time though, he was bound to make the jump. I think he was close to leaving the 2 prior years (not positive, but I think he was heavily pursued).
He definitely would have taken a pro job by the time sanctions were up. Gave USC the chance to find the new guy to right the ship, just didn't work out

Not a huge fan of Pete (nothing really against him however) but I just love Seattle's defense. Even though I can't stand Sherman. If I were building a D, I'd want it to be just like that.
