Yeah, they did a great job at watching Rice and Houston pitchers forget where the strike zone was located. Unfortunately for them, LSU pitchers didn't walk them around the bases.

You made a very big deal about them being out hit in the Regionals in previous threads. Is it a big deal that they out hit LSU in the Super Regional?

Not if the hits don't lead to runs. They lost 2 in a row, and never had a lead the entire 18 innings.

yeah you got some young arms, so does everyone.

ULL out hit us looking at the scoreboard but it certainly seemed like we were making a lot harder contact than they were. They just made a ton of spectacular defensive plays where we didnt so much. A LOT of their hits seemed to be seeing eye singles. Which is probably why they had a hard time putting up runs this weekend.

No, apparently, you are going to get on a message board and kick and scream that you are not getting enough respect. This is why you and your fan base gets made fun of so much. You cry about demanding respect, and not being little brother, but you act like little brother. Geaux Away! I'm sure your rhetoric will be welcome in the excuses thread on Ragin Pagin. Later

That team wasn't very good, but they had balls and played above their head.

first, alot of that is deserved. "your" team has acted like a busch league bunch of punks on more than one occasion, particularly in games against lsu. second, the louisiana crusade is just small time and laughable. it made things worse because people are referring to the school with different names and it just riles up the cajun fanbase that everyone doesn't know what to say. well, everyone doesn't know because they really don't care that much and usl isn't a big enough player for it to matter to them.

but the baseball program is very good which is cool. the team is good enough that it doesn't need the childish antics.

... As someone commented to me last week, the McNeese fans were great because they "knew their place".... not happening with us and that pisses you off

McNeese has beat you silly on football and hasn't lost to you since the 70s! Including the curb stomping IN YOUR HOUSE a few years back, and now you refuse to play them.

How fricking dare you come here and act like you are superior to them. ULLL is running fricking scared from playing little ole McNeese.

BTW, that's where you got Robicheaux. This kind of looking down to other schools is exactly what makes people look down on ULLLL.

forgetting about the name on the jersey, this was probably the weakest team left in the supers, the 2nd weakest in the supers overall probably only ahead of vcu and probably the weakest super opponent lsu has ever faced. they caught some breaks in the regional. granted, they didn't beat themselves but, that's different than say, what fla did in their regional/super where they just mashed everyone. then, they caught lsu in a mini slump which is why the first game was close. otherwise, they have one of the better programs in the nation which is a tribute to the coaching staff. very respectable.

Kinda funny after McNeese raped them at their place back in 2007 and since then the only Louisiana FCs schools they have played are Southern and Nicholls twice each

Stepping up to mighty Northwestern State this year though

You're a dickhead

Wtf are you trying to prove with this thread???

We beat a (good) directional school from our state who was really good last year, overachieved this year, and will probably contend at least in their conference next year...

For what those guys have compared to LSU, they are in a damn good shape

That's the thing, their fans keep comparing themselves to LSU when the two programs don't compare. 1 CWS and a couple of New Orleans Bowl wins against an elite athletic department that wins national titles (multiple).

The two athletic programs don't compare, and other that softball, they don't even compare in individual sports.
