Im still pissed off at Les for this year. He had some great years but he truly is the reason for one of the more disappointing seasons I can think of. His refusal to adapt and find/develop a good quarterback just absolutely ruined this team and season. This was one of LSU's most talented teams and he just ruined the season. It really makes me sick thinking of what could have been but here's hoping Coach O can right the ship!

All the warm and fuzzies I had for Leslie Miles evaporated last December. And it's a damn shame.

Had they fixed this mess last November it may have turned out different.

Here comes Gray Tiger to ask you how many games you've coached.

Don't know how I forgot to mention it but I'm just as pissed at Alleva for not pulling the trigger last season.

I actually found it sort of fun how it played out.

You should be thanking Les for all the talent he brought in

Les don't care. He's tied for 1st in coaching lore at LSU with National Championships won (1) with Dietzel and Saban. Be mad at yourself as you think back to your 2016 frailties.

Yeah he did bring that talent in but then he completely wasted it

this is how I look at it. The first 4 games was one season, but since O took over it was pretty damn good. Great if not for a couple of plays in the Florida game. Bama loss was just a better team. I am very optimistic for next year. Maybe 2 or 1 losses.

I have the opposite feeling.

After Les was fired, I actually had fun watching LSU football for the first time in 4 or 5 years instead of having dread.

The Florida game sucked but we took Bama into the 4th and gave them all they wanted. The other games were our team having fun again and whipping arse.

Yes, Les absolutely refused to recruit a QB or even to try and develop one...

I'm more pissed off that Les didn't get fired last year than I am about him getting fired this year. In fact, I stopped watching LSU until he got fired this year. So I was very glad he got fired this year so I could start watching LSU again. It's not easy to miss LSU games, no matter how pissed off you are.

I'm still pissed at Alexander for this year. Everything was all set up at the end of last year. Les could go out a winner. New coach (hopefully Jimbo) coming in. Team stacked. The planets were all in alignment. Then everything F. King went sideways.
